  Horrendous. Promised "No Charge" while investigating the problem with our device. They told us how much the repair would be and we declined the work which was much more than the value of the device. Days later they then charged us $49.99 for "cleaning". When we reminded them they promised us no charge they denied knowledge and claimed their $50 for cleaning was valid.
  
  Don't trust these people they will rob you.
